HAUNTED HEFFERMAN VENDOR MARKET
JOIN US ON TYLER STREET
We want this to be easy, organized, and fun for everyone. These are the important things you need to know before applying.
THE SHORT VERSION
BE READY. BE SAFE. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.
Be ready on time, stay through the event, sell what you told us you were bringing, keep your booth safe and clean, and be a good neighbor. We’ll take care of the spooky part.
REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION & APPROVAL
The vendor fee is $25 per 10' × 10' space. Additional space may be available at the same rate, subject to availability and approval.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a booth. Your space is officially confirmed only after you receive an acceptance email or written confirmation from the Event Coordinator.
Registration closes October 3, 2026. Applications received after that date may still be considered if space remains.
Payment information will be sent separately by the Event Coordinator after your application is reviewed.
EVENT DAY
SETUP & EVENT HOURS
Vendor check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Setup may begin once the event area is ready and staff gives the go-ahead.
Please be completely set up before the event begins at 4:00 PM. Vendors are expected to remain open until 9:00 PM unless an early departure is approved because of an emergency or safety issue.
Cleanup and breakdown must be completed by 10:00 PM.

MERCHANDISE
WHAT YOU MAY SELL
Please sell only the products or services listed on your approved application unless additional items are approved by the Event Coordinator.
To help keep the market varied and give vendors a fair opportunity, the Event Coordinator reserves the right to limit the number of vendors offering the same or substantially similar products or items.
Used, vintage, antique, collectible, handmade, and similar merchandise is welcome when appropriate for the event.
Weapons, fireworks or explosives, alcohol, tobacco, nicotine/vaping products, illegal or counterfeit goods, stolen merchandise, live-animal sales, and explicit material inappropriate for a community event are not permitted.
MLM/direct-sales businesses such as Avon, Mary Kay, Scentsy, and similar programs are not accepted.
FOOD
FOOD VENDORS
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or approvals required for their operation.
If a food permit is required for your operation, it must be on hand and visibly displayed during the event.
ON SITE
MUSIC, PETS & CONDUCT
A DJ will provide event music, so vendors may not play amplified music from their booths.
Pets must remain secured and under control. Children must be supervised at all times.
Please treat guests, neighboring residents, volunteers, staff, and other vendors respectfully. Unsafe, threatening, disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior may result in removal from the event.
WEATHER
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Terror on Tyler is planned as a rain-or-shine event. The Event Coordinator will make any official decision to delay or cancel because of hazardous conditions.
If the Event Coordinator cancels the event because of hazardous conditions, the $25 registration fee will be refunded minus any non-refundable processing fees.
If an applicant is not accepted, the $25 registration fee will be refunded minus any non-refundable processing fees. Vendor cancellation and refund requests are handled by the Event Coordinator on a case-by-case basis.
WHEN IT'S OVER
CLEAN-UP
Please leave your space as clean as you found it. Vendors are responsible for removing their own trash, boxes, food waste, zip ties, booth materials, and other debris.
Do not dump grease, wastewater, ice, or other liquids onto streets, sidewalks, landscaping, or storm drains.
ONE LAST IMPORTANT THING
YOUR BOOTH, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Vendors are responsible for their own booth, merchandise, equipment, employees, helpers, and activities. Vendors are also responsible for any damage or claims caused by their own actions or negligence.
By participating, vendors agree to follow these guidelines and reasonable event-day instructions from the Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator may make reasonable operational changes when necessary for safety, traffic flow, weather, or event operations.
