Last Halloween, the house at 210 Tyler awakened. As darkness settled over the neighborhood, the windows began to glow, strange figures appeared in the shadows, and an ordinary stretch of Tyler Street became something altogether different.
For one night, the house seemed alive. Lights moved where no one was standing. Shapes watched from places that had been empty moments before. Every step along the sidewalk made it harder to tell where the decorations ended and the nightmare began.
Then the night ended. The crowds disappeared. The screams faded. One by one, the lights went dark, and Tyler Street became still again.
