Where is Terror on Tyler?
The heart of the event is Halloween House 210 Tyler at 210 N Tyler St in Beeville, Texas. Fright Night also spills into the surrounding event area, including the 200 block and part of the 300 block of N Tyler St, the 600 block of E Hefferman, and the 200 block of N Filmore.
When is Fright Night Part II?
Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You can arrive while there is still daylight, but the atmosphere changes once the sun goes down. Funny how Halloween does that.
What exactly is Terror on Tyler?
It is a Halloween street event centered around Halloween House 210 Tyler, with displays, entertainment, vendors, costumes, food, photos, and plenty of reasons to stay after dark. Think neighborhood Halloween celebration with a much stronger commitment to fog, lights, monsters, and questionable life choices involving animatronics.
What is planned for Fright Night Part II?
Plans include the Haunted Hefferman Vendor Market, adult, kids, and pet costume contests, a Halloween animatronics display, Halloween light show, free photo booth, and food trucks. Additional event information will be added to the site as the night gets closer.
Is this the same event as last year?
Nope. This is Part II. Last year may have started the trouble, but this year expands the night with more of the event happening around Tyler, Hefferman, and Filmore. If you missed the first one, no ritual knowledge is required to attend the sequel.
What is the Haunted Hefferman Vendor Market?
It is the vendor-market portion of Fright Night, bringing local vendors and organizations into the event area along E Hefferman. Come browse, discover something unexpected, and support the people brave enough to set up shop near a street full of Halloween creatures.
Are there costume contests?
Yes. Costume contests are planned for adults, kids, and pets. So whether your costume took three months to build or was assembled in the car five minutes before arrival, you have a category waiting for you.
Do I have to wear a costume?
You are welcome to come exactly as you are. But this is Fright Night, so costumes are very much encouraged—especially if you plan to enter one of the contests. Normal clothes are perfectly acceptable. Suspicious, perhaps, but acceptable.
Will there be food?
Yes. Food trucks are part of the event plans. Come hungry. Screaming, shopping, costume judging, and pretending that animatronic did not just move all require energy.
Is there a photo booth?
Yes. A free photo booth is planned for the event. Bring your costume, your family, your friends, or whichever member of your group is least likely to blink when the camera flashes.
What about the Halloween animatronics?
The Halloween animatronics display is one of the featured attractions at Halloween House 210 Tyler. Expect the collection to be part decoration, part spectacle, and part reason to wonder whether that thing was facing the other direction a minute ago.
Will there be a Halloween light show?
Yes. A Halloween light show is planned as part of Fright Night. The event begins at 4:00 PM, but naturally the lights become a little more dramatic once daylight stops helping.
What time should we arrive?
Any time between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Arriving earlier gives you time to explore the vendor market, food, costumes, and displays before dark. Staying into the evening lets you experience the lights and atmosphere after nightfall. The monsters strongly prefer the second option.
Is everything happening directly at 210 Tyler?
No. Halloween House 210 Tyler is the centerpiece, but the event footprint extends into the surrounding blocks of N Tyler, E Hefferman, and N Filmore. Fright Night is designed as more than a single-front-yard stop.
Who is helping make the event happen?
Terror on Tyler is being held in partnership with the Bee County Chamber of Commerce and our Tyler Street neighbors. A neighborhood-sized Halloween night takes a neighborhood-sized effort.
Can I become a vendor?
Vendor applications are available through the site. Start with the Vendor Terms & Conditions, then continue to the application. Applications are reviewed, and submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a booth.
When is the vendor registration deadline?
Regular vendor registration runs through October 3, 2026. Applications received after that date are subject to the published late-registration rules and availability. Vendors should review the complete Vendor Terms & Conditions before applying.
